Eligibility & Onboarding

Art Collectiv partners with qualified retailers, interior designers, trade professionals, and resellers. To apply for a wholesale or trade account, please contact us at wholesale@artcollectiv.com with your business name, resale certificate or tax ID, and a brief description of your business.

Approved accounts will receive login credentials and access to wholesale pricing through our B2B portal.

Pricing & Discount Tiers

Art Collectiv offers two wholesale pricing tiers:

  • Trade (35% off MSRP) — Interior designers, design professionals, and trade program members
  • Wholesale (50% off MSRP) — Qualified retail accounts and resellers

Pricing is applied automatically upon login to your approved account. All prices are in USD.

Ordering & Minimums

All wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities as listed on our Faire storefront or as agreed upon in writing. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment or approved terms. Contact us at wholesale@artcollectiv.com for current minimums and available inventory.

Cancellations

Please contact us to cancel an order as soon as possible at wholesale@artcollectiv.com. Many of our products enter production immediately upon order placement. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We will always do our best to intercept an order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.

MSRP & Resale Requirements

Wholesale pricing is set at 50% of MSRP and Trade pricing at 35% of MSRP unless otherwise agreed in writing. All wholesale and trade partners are required to honor Art Collectiv's Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on all retail channels. Unauthorized discounting may result in account suspension.

Art Collectiv products may not be listed on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms) without prior written authorization.

Fulfillment & Lead Times

Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days of purchase within the contiguous United States. Custom or large-format orders may require additional lead time — contact us for project-specific timelines.

Shipping & Freight

Orders ship from our US-based fulfillment partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We ship to the contiguous United States and select international destinations. Wholesale accounts may qualify for discounted shipping on qualifying orders — contact us for details.

For oversized pieces or freight shipments, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping logistics and costs.

Returns, Damage & Defects

All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept remorse returns.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. All damage or defect claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic documentation. Contact wholesale@artcollectiv.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the original packaging.

Authorized non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $15.00 flat rate return shipping fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging. All custom orders are final sale.

A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Faire Marketplace

Art Collectiv is available on the Faire marketplace. Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire's platform terms, payment terms, and return policy. For Faire-specific inquiries, please manage requests through your Faire account or contact us at wholesale@artcollectiv.com.

Brand & Marketing Guidelines

Wholesale and trade partners are encouraged to use Art Collectiv's approved product imagery and copy. Please do not alter, crop, or modify product images without written approval. Artist credits and collection names must be displayed accurately.
